01 · Correspondence

Reach the practice
by writing.

The company keeps its contact surface deliberately small. Enquiries are read and answered by a senior member of the team; there is no phone queue, no submission form, and no third-party inbox in front of the company.

03 · Enquiry guidance

What to include in a first message.

A useful first email helps the practice decide quickly whether it is the right partner for the work — and, if so, how to prepare for the conversation. The following are suggestions rather than requirements.

  • Organisation

The name of the organisation, the sector it operates in, and where in the world it is based.

  • Context

A short description of the environment: existing systems, teams involved, and any regulatory considerations.

  • Outcome

The change or capability under evaluation, described in the language of the business rather than the technology.

  • Constraints

Commercial, technical or timing constraints that are already known.

  • Stakeholders

Who inside the organisation is asking, and who will need to be part of the conversation.

  • Timing

The window in which the work needs to happen, if known.

04 · Response

What happens next.

Enquiries are read personally. If the work looks like a fit, the reply proposes a short written exchange or a call to explore scope. If it does not, the reply says so honestly and, where possible, suggests a more suitable direction.
